Product Order Cancellation – Product Return

The Website and the User reserve the right to cancel all or part of a product order that has already been placed and has not yet been delivered. The user reserves the right to cancel their order through written communication with the Website. The Website reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if there are problems or malfunctions that make it impossible to deliver the products. If the Website is unable to complete an order in its entirety, it informs the user in writing of the impossibility that has arisen and at the same time returns to them the price for this order, as long as it has been paid in advance.

Cancellation of Service Order

The Website and the user reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order that has already been placed for the user’s participation in a tour / event organized by the Company. The user reserves the right to cancel their order through written communication with the Website. As long as the cancellation of the order is made no later than two (2) working days / forty-eight (48) hours before the date and start time of the respective tour / event, the user is entitled to a refund. It is expressly stated that no refunds are made in cases of order cancellation after the above period of time. The Website reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order for reasons of force majeure that make it impossible to deliver its services. If the Website is unable to complete an order in its entirety, it informs the user in writing of the impossibility that has arisen and at the same time returns to them the price for this order, as long as it has been paid in advance.
